Congratulatory Message From the Principal, Kokuvil Hindu Co
Indeed, I have great pleasure in writing this Congratulatory message on account of the annual Big Match known as the Battle of the Hindus, which is scheduled to be held at Kokuvil Hindu College on the 2" and 3" of March, 2012.
In fact, this Big Match was inaugurated in 2008 and ended in draw in 2010. In 2011, our college cricket team held the championship and it was a great achievement in the history of our college.
Moreover, I would like to frankly state that both teams of Jaffna Hindu College and Kokuvil Hindu College are found equally strong. At the same time, an inter-school cricket match for under 19 team players is going on, and it is obviously true that players of both teams are actively and enthusiastically doing their best performances in bowling,
batting and fielding and I fervently hope that the
forthcoming Big Match will be surely thrilling this year as well.
In conclusion, wishing the cricket coaches and the team players of both colleges, I wholeheartedly request all the interested parties to be cooperative to make this Big Match
a great Success.

இந்துக் கல்லூரிகளின் துடுப்பாட்டப்போர் 5 ஆவது தடவையாக நடைபெறப்போகின்றது. இரு இந்துக் கல் லூரிகளுக்கும் இடையே சிறப்பாக யாழ். இந்துக் கல் லூரிக்கும், கொக்குவில் இந்துக்கல்லூரிக்கும் இடையில் பல விளையாட்டுக்களின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு உந்து சக்தியாக இது அமையும். இதனை மாணவர்
களும் நன்கு பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
இந்துக் கல்லூரி மாணவர்களின் இந்துக்களின் யுத்தத்தை உரிய வகையில் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ள தவறுகின்றார்கள் என்ற கருத்து இந் துக் கல்லூரிகளின் சமூகத்தின் மத்தியில் நிலவுகின்றது.
கடந்த ஒரு வாரத்திற்கு மேலாக துடுப்பாட்ட வீரர்கள் அல்லாத மாணவர் கள் யாழ் பொது மக்கள் முகம் சினக்கும் வண்ணம் நடந்துவருகின்றனர். துடுப்பாட்டம் கனவான் விளையாட்டு என்று அழைக்கப்படுகின்றது. அந்
தக் கனவான் போட்டியை கெளரவமாக நடத்த வேண்டுகின்றேன்.
கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் கனவான் விளையாட்டின் மீது உள்ள பற்றை பாசத்
தை வெளிக்காட்ட போட்டி நடைபெறும் நாள் அந்த துடுப்பாட்ட போட்டிக்கு இடையூறு இன்றி நடைபெறக் கூடியதாக விளையாட்டு மைதானத்தில் குதுகலிக்கலாம். இரு கல்லூரிகளின் மாணவர்களும் தங்கள் பாடசாலை
எல்லைக்குள் கூடிக் குதூகலிப்பதற்கு அப்பால் செல்ல வேண்டாம்.
