கல்வி என்பது உள்ளமைந்து கி களையும் வெளிக்கொணர உதவும் செய அதிமுக்கிய தேவைகளுள் கல்வித் தே தோன்றியதன்று. இயற்கையுடன் இணை செயற்பாடுகளினூடாகத் தோற்றமளித் வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வதற்குக் கல்வியே கூறியுள்ளார்.
சமூகத்தினால் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்ட என ஏற்றுக் கொண்டவற்றையும் நிறைே அமைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு நிறுவனமாகப் பா கல்வியின் விளைநிலமாகப் பாடசாலை மேன்மையான வினைத்திறன் மிக்க செt கோள்களும், இதனூடாகத் தேசியக் குறி சகலரின் வேணவாவாகும்.
சமுதாய மாற்றச் சூழ்நிலைகளு முக்கிய கருவிகளாகத் தம்மையே ஆ ஒழுக்க, அறிவு வளச்சியைப் பொறுப் திகழ்கின்றனர்.
பொதுமக்களின் தேவைகள், விே களில் குறைந்த பெறுபேறுகள், பாடசாை களின் உயர்வீதம், தேசிய மட்டத்தில் எமது கல்விமுறையில் மாற்றம் ஏற்ப( இதன் காரணமாக மாண்புமிகு ஜனாதி ஆம் ஆண்டு புதிய கல்விச் சீர்திருத்தம் தனியாள் வேறுபாடுகளுக்கேற்ப, கற்ற முதன்மையாகக் கொண்ட, சுயபுரிந் கொண்டதாக ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டு நடைமு அபிவிருத்தியில் பங்கேற்கக்கூடிய, எத θειιφιL பிரஜைகளை உருவாக்கும் த கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளமை வரவேற்கத்தக்
ஒரு பிள்ளையின் கற்றற் செயற்ப கல்வியே பெரும் பங்காற்றுகின்றது. அப்பிள்ளையின் கல்வி வளர்ச்சிக்கு 8

லையில்லாத் திண்டாட்ட நிலை, பரீட்சை லக் கல்வியைப் புறக்கணித்தல், வன்செயல் ல் குறைவான வெளிப்பாடுகள் போன்றன நித்த வேண்டிய தேவையை உணர்த்தின. பதியின் அறிவுறுத்தலின் காரணமாக 1998 எமது விழுமியங்களை வலியுறுத்துவதுடன், லுக்குக் கற்றுக் கொள்ளும் முயற்சியை துணர்வுடனான கல்வியை நோக்காகக் றைப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. அதாவது நாட்டின் ர்காலச் சவால்களுக்கு முகங்கொடுக்கக் ர் மையதாகக் கல்விச் சீர்திருத்தம் மேற்

ாட்டிலும், ஆளுமை விருத்தியிலும் ஆரம்பக்
ஆரம்பக் கல்வியின் சிறந்த வழிகாட்டலே றந்த அத்திவாரமாகும். இதனையே புதிய

கல்விச் சீர்திருத்தமும் இலக்காகக் கொன வருகின்றது. எமது கல்லூரியின் ஆரம்பப்
வர்கள் கல்வி கற்கின்றனர். 30 ஆசிரியர்கள் பொறுப்பாக இருந்து திருமதி. த.சிவராஜா நிர்வகித்து வருகின்றார். ஆரம்பப் பிரிவின் 1 புலமைப்பரிசில் பரீட்சையிலும் எமது கல்லு சித்தியெய்திப் பெருஞ் சாதனை படைத்து
கனிஷ்ட இடைநிலை மட்டத்தில்
கல்வி கற்கின்றனர். புதிய கல்வித்திட்டத் பாடுகள் வழிநடாத்தப்படுகின்றன. சிரேஷ் களில் 1055 மாணவர்கள் கல்வி கற்கின் பாடுகளும் சிறந்த முறையில் வழிகாட்ட கற்றலுக்கும் ஊக்கமளிக்கப்படுகின்றது. க மாணவர்கள் சாதனைகள் நிலைநாட்( சித்தியடைவதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
சிரேஷ்ட பிரிவில் 18 வகுப்புக்களில் இவற்றுள் வர்த்தகப் பிரிவில் மூன்று வகு வகுப்புக்களும், உயிரியல் பிரிவில் ஒரு வ உண்டு. க.பொ.த. உயர்தரப் பரீட்சையி மாணவர் தொகையும் வேகமாக அதிக விடயமாகும்.
பொதுப்பரீட்சைப் பெறுபேறு
எமது கல்லூரி மாணவர் அனுமதியி: படுவதில்லை. அரசாங்கச் சுற்று நிருபப்பட கேற்ப உள்வாங்குகின்றோம். இடம்பெயர்ந்து வெற்றிடங்களுக்கேற்ப உள்வாங்குகின்றோ கல்வித்தரத்தில் ஏற்றத் தாழ்வுகள் இருப்ப கல்லூரி ஆசிரியர்களின் அர்ப்பணிப்பு மிகுந்த பெறுபேறுகள் மிக உயர்ந்ததாகவே உள் பரீட்சையில் 63 மாணவர்கள் சித்தியை க.பொ.த. சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சையின் வகுப்பிற்குத் தகுதி பெற்று அனுமதிக்கப்பட்

ண்டு புதிய மாற்றங்களை அமுல்படுத்தி பிரிவில் 30 வகுப்புக்களில் 1189 மாண ர் பணிபுரிகின்றனர். ஆரம்பப் பிரிவுக்குப் அவர்கள் ஆரம்பக் கல்வியைத் திறம்பட பகிரங்கப் பரீட்சையாகிய ஐந்தாமாண்டுப் ரியின் பெருந்தொகையான மாணவர்கள்
வருகின்றனர்.
18 வகுப்புக்களில் 874 மாணவர்கள் திற்கமைய அவர்களின் கல்விச் செயற் ட இடைநிலை மட்டத்தில் 21 வகுப்புக் ன்றனர். இப்பகுதியின் கல்விச் செயற் ப்படுவதுடன் மாணவரின், கண்டறிந்து .பொ.த. சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சைகளில் டுவதுடன் 83.06%மான மாணவர்கள்
893 மாணவர்கள் கல்வி கற்கின்றனர். }ப்புக்களும், கணிதப் பிரிவில் நான்கு பகுப்பும், கலைப் பிரிவில் ஒரு வகுப்பும் ன் மூலம் பல்கலைக்கழகம் செல்லும் ரித்து வருவது பெருமைப்படக்கூடிய

கொள்கை இல்லாத அரசியல், ஒழுக்கம் இல்லாத கல்வி, மனிதாபிமானம் இல்லாத விஞ்ஞ அறநெறி இல்லாத வணிகம் இவை பிரயோசனம் அற்றவை அவை கணிடிப்பாக ஆபத்தான

எமது கல்லூரியில் 23 மாணவ காலத்தில் சிறந்த தலைமைத்துவப் ப6 செயற்பாடுகள் மன்ற கலைத்திட்டத்தின் திட்டமிடல், தீர்மானம் எடுத்தல், குழு விட்டுக்கொடுத்தல், தன்னலமற்ற பொதுே இம்மன்றங்கள் ஆசிரியர்களின் கண்கான வழங்குகின்றன. அத்துடன் ஏனைய வேறுபாடுகட்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு சகோதர பாடுகள் வழிவகுக்கின்றன. மேலும் பல் பரிமாறல்களினாலும் அறிவு வளர்ச்சி (

முகாமைத்துவக் குழு
பாடசாலையின் கல்வி சார் நடவடி இக்குழு பெரும் பணியாற்றுகின்றது. மு பிரிவில் கல்வி சார் நடவடிக்கைகளை, அ வழிகாட்டல்களை வழங்கித் தமது பிர கருத்துமாக உள்ளனர்.
